The gauge hatchs are designed to access tanks of flammable products. Its aluminum design and internal seal prevent any spark from being generated. They are available with flanged connections in ANSI 125 Lbs / DIN 2575 in aluminum, carbon steel, and stainless, in diameters of 4", 6", 8" (other diameters on request).
PEDAL GAUGE HATCHES
The Aluminium cast model 4100 pedal gauge hatch is a free vent lid. It is designed to reduce the loss of vapors in the gauge hatches in the atmospheric tanks during the opening/closure.
For tanks with pressures up to 30 mm w.c.(others tare on request); vent the vapors of the tanks to such pressure
Prevents the entry of rainwater or other foreign bodies.
Manual or foot operation, leave the lid normally closed automatically when released.
The O-ring seal prevents strikes when closing the lid, prolonging its duration.
SCREW-DOWN GAUGE HATCHES
The aluminium cast model 4200 screw-down gauge hatches incorporates a lid closure and is designed to prevent the loss of vapors, working at a maximum pressure of 0.35 kg / cm2.
Designed to close by screw-down closing.
