EMERGENCY RELIEF MANHOLE FOR ATMOSPHERIC TANKS

These types of valves are installed on the roofs of the atmospheric tanks, replacing the Manhole. The great advantage of these valves is that they comply with a double functionality; on the one hand they allow access to a man inside the tank and on the other hand they evacuate the overpressure of the tank in case of emergency. The emergency valves comply with API STD 2000 regulations that determine the sizingof the valves to evacuate overpressure originating inside the tank in case of fire. These valves must always be tared below the design pressure of the tank.

Set pressure: from +40 to 500 mm a.c .; or with lever for high pressure more than +2000 mm w.c..
